I am a seasoned software engineer with over 7 years of experience in coding and delivering high-quality software products. My expertise spans multiple programming languages, including PHP, Golang, Java, JavaScript, and Python. I am particularly proficient in using frameworks like Laravel for PHP, Gin for Golang, Spring Boot for Java, Vue.js for JavaScript, and Flask for Python. I excel in prototyping, web application development, building RESTful APIs, and Bitcoin open-source development. My skill set includes a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, database design, and MVC architecture, with successful projects across the health, finance, education, insurance, and agriculture sectors in Africa and beyond.
As part of my contributions to the Bitcoin ecosystem, I’ve been actively involved in open-source development, particularly with BTCD and BTCwallet. I contributed to BTCD by updating a deprecated library for reading and writing files, which was successfully merged and included in a pre-release of v0.24.2-beta.rc1 (Issue #2132). I also worked on configurations that allow BTCD and BTCwallet to run in custom paths, enhancing their flexibility and usability (BTCD PR #2162, BTCwallet PR #927). During the Btrust Builders Fellowship, I published six technical articles, sharing my insights and contributing to the broader Bitcoin development community.
